Here's a link to the latest sales stats in Racquet Club Road Estates- We hit the bottom trough 4 months ago, and have started to see steady price increases in Palm Springs...good news for property values! We have lots of buyers but no inventory right now, which has pushed up prices.

I've always loved these kind of homes! As a child I grew up watching television shows in the 60's and 70's that showcased homes like this and always wanted to live in one. The car ports and sleek angles are so inviting. Beautiful homes!
