I used to rent your house from the previous owners and love it. If you don't mind me asking, are you able to defer a lot of the costs by renting your house out?

I am all for having the wires put underground. When they built these homes they thought that they were being so innovative by having them in the backs instead of the streets but most of us live in our backyards most of the year. I have also had issues with loosing power and cable in rain and wind. I think we should apply to the city for thise to be done but I wonder if it would make more sence to apply as a neighborhod organization first.

I think we have a very good chance of having the utilities moved to undercground if we put our case together. I personally have great concern about the wires going over my poo. I am sure there are others. I also think the City of Palm Springs is well aware of the importance of modernism to the City. The Alexander homes are famous and should be invested in. I have had many problems with telephone and cable going out during the rains. How can we move this forward? We need a spokesperson who can gather the input and take it forward to: the city, the utility companies invoved (telephone, electric, cable, internet).

Was wondering what would it entail to underground the utilities, at a recent tour it a ppeared that some homes had individually changed their above ground elect/tel/cable svc. to underground which I think would be a plus for the entire tract.
What's SCE's take on this. any thoughts & etc.?

I have a beautifully restored butterfly roof Alexander that I rent out during the season.

My mom, Helen Alexander Abrams, is the niece of the builder in your development. She is 88 and I would love to bring her our to your neighborhood. We have never been and we live in New Jersey.
